Why gain weight?

Well why the f@@k not!?

If you're still in doubt whether gaining weight is the best way to go, here are a few reasons that will make those doubts disappear and perhaps give you a bit of motivation for your goals

1. Physical dominance. Being big and strong does not automatically make you tough. However it does place you above the average population. Being bigger and stronger means that people can not easily push you about and take physical advantage of you. People will take you more seriously and see you as more of a physical threat. Therefore people will try to avoid confrontations with you.

2. Sporting Performance. For sports like rugby and american football, having mass and strength is one of the key factors in the athletes performance. Also don't underestimate it's benefits on sports like Euro football, basketball or any other sport for that matter. In a lot of sports shoving does occur and being strong can be a tremendous help. Even in a sport like boxing where you are matched against an opponent of similar weight, weight gaining can be very helpful. If you are to tall for your weight class, then it is very likely that your opponent is a lot stronger then you due to his weight being spread over a smaller frame(i.e. higher BMI).

3. Make you more attractive. I'm not going to tell you that girls love muscles. Every girl is different and generally girls just like athletic guys. However I can guarantee that most girls would prefer a guy with some healthy weight on him. Women's raw instincts will tell them that bigger stronger guys, are better partners and are healthier. Similar goes for women. Guys generally do no like the size zero models. We prefer women that have a bit of meat on their bones(nice toned thighs and a nice firm butt).

4. Confidence. As a man the above 3 things will add a lot of confidence in everything you do. This confidence can breed more confidence in the above 3 things which will in turn again breed even more confidence.

5.Health. Having a healthy amount of weight and strength will men that you can do the every day things, like lifting stuff around the house, with a lot more ease. Also implementing the habits of fitness, you acquire from gaining weight, into your lifestyle will help you keep your health for years to come.

Gaining weight will stop your skinny body from ever standing in the way of your goals.
